Tutorial - 1 hour approx: Following a short welcome and scene setting, Bryony Thomas - the founder and author of Watertight Marketing will be joined by her long-time collaborator - Cheryl Crichton. Together, they will look at why and how social media techniques can be powerfully used to transition prospects into their relationship with you as a customer, and those that can be used to deepen the customer relationship to secure their ongoing custom and loyalty.

Bryony Thomas will host all four sessions at this one-day conference. She is a powerful professional speaker on marketing, the multi-award winning author of Watertight Marketing and the founder of the UK’s only directory if quality-assured independent marketing consultants.

She was managing telephone fundraising campaigns for the likes of Mind and Help the Aged at age 19. She was designing and running pan-European campaigns for Dell and Microsoft by age 24. She secured a role as divisional director of marketing in FTSE 100, Experian, by age 28.

Cheryl Crichton is a marketing strategist with over two decades experience working with demanding clients, including Disney, TSB, WHSmith, and many more. Joshua Morse is a proven marketer with particular specialism in product development and proposition design. He regularly delivers training for B2B Marketing Magazine, and has worked with well-known brands including B&Q, Brintons and Mira Showers.

Ros Conkie describes herself as an engineer on the inside and a marketer on the outside.
