He has extensive experience in product management, product innovation and product marketing, gained client-side with Mira Showers and Brintons Carpets. His roles have included driving consumer demand and deepening relationships and growing sales with the likes of B&Q and Argos, as well as trade merchants. To thrive in these roles, Josh has developed a robust approach to underpinning award-winning product innovation through thorough market and customer research. Moving into marketing consulting for entrepreneurial small businesses, Josh has been working with MDs, in both a hands-on and coaching style, to review and refine the end-to-end marketing operation.
