A practical 1-hour tutorial with worksheet mapping social media techniques to Chapter 6 in the Watertight Marketing book, where we look at how to keep develop loyal relationships with customers that mean they buy more and tell the world about you. The session is followed by a panel discussion that looks at these techniques in action in real businesses.

Bryony Thomas - the founder and author of Watertight Marketing is joined by her long-time collaborator - Cheryl Crichton. Together, they look at why and how social media techniques can be powerfully used to transition prospects into their relationship with you as a customer, and those that can be used to deepen the customer relationship to secure their ongoing custom and loyalty.
