A practical 1-hour tutorial with worksheet mapping social media techniques to Chapter 7 in the Watertight Marketing book, where we look at how to support and surround your sales conversatons. The session is followed by a panel discussion that looks at these techniques in action in real businesses.

TUTORIAL

Bryony Thomas - the founder and author of Watertight Marketing is joined by Accredited Consultant Joshua Morse. Building on the techniques for keeping customers, this session looks at those things that you can weave into your sales process that will help you nurture and nudge more prospects over the line of paying you for what you do. Bryony opens by looking at the key reasons that people cross you off their list, and Joshua then maps practical ideas for smart use of social media to fill that gap to secure you more, and more profitable, customers.
